Általános rendelkezések
A jelen Általános Szerződési Feltételek (a továbbiakban: ÁSZF) határozzák meg a https://dronesky.hu internetes honlap (a továbbiakban: Honlap) tartalomszolgáltatójának a Kardos Ferenc (székhely: 4400 Nyíregyháza, Kosbor utca 13. 1/6.; továbbiakban Szolgáltató) és a Honlapot használó természetes személyek (a továbbiakban: Felhasználó) között a Honlap felhasználása során keletkező jogokat és kötelezettségeket.
- A Honlap látogatásával és használatával Ön Felhasználónak minősül és elfogadja az alábbi felhasználási feltételeket és adatvédelmi szabályzatot.
- A Szolgáltató tájékoztatja Önt, mint Felhasználót, és Felhasználó kifejezetten tudomásul veszi, hogy a Szolgáltató jogosult az ÁSZF-et egyoldalúan módosítani a Szolgáltató által nyújtott szolgáltatások színvonalának növelése, hatékonyabbá tétele, valamint új szolgáltatás bevezetése érdekében.
Felhasználási Feltételek
- a) A Honlap felhasználása a Felhasználó által az alábbi módokon történhet:
a Honlap látogatása: ingyenes és személyes adatok megadása nem szükséges,
b) a Honlap használata (tartalom feltöltése, hozzászólás, letöltés) regisztrációhoz kötött, melynek során Ön köteles megadni a következő személyes adatokat (név, lakcím, születési hely és idő, e-mail cím, felhasználói név, jelszó).
Ön beleegyezik abba, hogy a Honlapot kizárólag a saját kockázatára használja, és elfogadja, hogy az Üzemeltető nem vállal felelősséget a használat során esetlegesen felmerülő vagyoni vagy nem vagyoni károkért. A Felhasználó köteles minden tőle elvárhatót megtenni személyes adatainak, különösen az Üzemeltető által nyújtott szolgáltatások igénybevételéhez szükséges jelszó védelmének az érdekében. A Felhasználó felelősséggel tartozik minden olyan eseményért, tevékenységért, mely bejelentkezési azonosítójának, illetve jelszavának felhasználásával valósult meg.
A Szolgáltató haladéktalanul értesítést küld a Felhasználónak a felhasználói azonosítóval történő minden jogosulatlan használatról, egyéb visszaélésről.
A Szolgáltató fenntartja magának a jogot, hogy minden további értesítés nélkül törölje azon felhasználókat, akik bármely más személy nevével, képmásával, e-mail címével vagy más személyes információjával visszaélnek.
- A Felhasználó a regisztrációval kötelezettséget vállal arra, hogy az általa szabadon szerkeszthető levéltartalom valamint a profiljában feltüntetésre kerülő vagy általa közzétett adatok, információk, fotók a Szolgáltató vagy harmadik személy jogát vagy jogos érdekét nem sérti. Amint a Szolgáltató tényleges tudomást szerez a vélelmezett félrevezető azonosító használatáról vagy egyéb visszaélésről, a Szolgáltató jogosult a Felhasználó hozzáférését az ellenőrzési folyamat lezárásáig korlátozni.
- A Szolgáltató a Honlapon történő regisztrációkor megadott jelszó elfelejtése esetén kizárólag az “elfelejtett jelszó” funkcióval ad lehetőséget annak pótlására. Az elfelejtett jelszó pótlásához szükséges a regisztrációnál megadott e-mail cím ismerete. Az elfelejtett jelszó funkció új jelszó megadására ad lehetőséget, a régi jelszót a Szolgáltató semmilyen formában nem teszi hozzáférhetővé, még az eredeti tulajdonosának sem.
A Felhasználó a felhasználói személyes adatokban bekövetkezett változásokat felhasználói profil oldalon állíthatja be vagy módosíthatja.
8. A Honlap hírlevelei az azokban található leiratkozás linken keresztül mondhatók le.
Az Üzemeltető és annak társvállalatai, partnerei, beszállítói, tanácsadói és ügynökei kizárnak minden felelősséget az elhelyezett információk vagy anyagok hitelességéért, tartalmáért, teljességéért, jogszerűségéért, megbízhatóságáért, működőképességéért vagy rendelkezésre állásáért. Az Üzemeltető kizár bármely és minden felelősségét a Felhasználók által tanúsított magatartásért.
A Szolgáltató fenntartja magának a jogot, hogy a szolgáltatását bármely felhasználó felé megtagadja. Ön teljes mértékben felelős azért a tartalomért, amit a Honlapon elhelyez, ideértve elsődlegesen, de nem kizárólagosan a fényképeket, személyes adatokat, beszélgetéseket, listákat, osztályozásokat, személyes üzeneteket – és bármely tartalom következményeit is.
A Felhasználó nem módosíthatja a rendszer megjelenését, működését, illetve tilos bármilyen módon beavatkoznia, vagy megzavarnia a Honlap, a szerverek, a Honlaphoz kapcsolódó hálózat működését, továbbá tilos figyelmen kívül hagynia a Honlaphoz kapcsolódó hálózat működésére vonatkozó bármely előírás vagy szabályzat által lefektetett követelményeket, eljárási előírásokat. Az erre vonatkozó kísérletek kizárást és egyéb jogi következményeket vonhatnak maguk után.
A Szolgáltató kizárja felelősségét a tartalommal való bármely igényérvényesítés esetén, a tartalmat feltöltő Felhasználó a feltöltéssel korlátlan szavatosságot és helytállási kötelezettséget vállal bármely jogszabálysértés vagy egyéb igényérvényesítés miatt eljáró szervektől vagy harmadik személyektől érkező igények esetére, egyben a tartalom feltöltése előtt köteles gondoskodni a tartalom közzétételéhez szükséges minden engedély és jogosultság megszerzéséről.

If you are not a registered client for our site, there is no personal information we can retain or view regarding yourself.

6. THIRD PARTY ACCESS TO YOUR DATA

For the purpose of validating and getting your purchase information regarding licenses for our theme, we send your provided tokens and purchase keys to Envato Pty Ltd and use the response from their API to register your validated support data. TICKSY
Ticksy provides the support ticketing platform we use to handle support requests. The data they receive is limited to the data you explicitly provide and consent to being set when you create a support ticket. 7. HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA
When you submit a support ticket or a comment, its metadata is retained until (if) you tell us to remove it. We use this data so that we can recognize you and approve your comments automatically instead of holding them for moderation.
If you register on our website, we also store the personal information you provide in your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except changing your username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
8. SECURITY MEASURES
We use the SSL/HTTPS protocol throughout our site. This encrypts our user communications with the servers so that personal identifiable information is not captured/hijacked by third parties without authorization.
In case of a data breach, system administrators will immediately take all needed steps to ensure system integrity, will contact affected users and will attempt to reset passwords if needed.
9. YOUR DATA RIGHTS
GENERAL RIGHTS
If you have a registered account on this website or have left comments, you can request an exported file of the personal data we retain, including any additional data you have provided to us.
You can also request that we erase any of the personal data we have stored. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. In short, we cannot erase data that is vital to you being an active customer (i.e. basic account information like an email address).

11. RELEASE OF YOUR DATA FOR LEGAL PURPOSES
